All About Appointments
1. How far in advance should I book an appointment to ensure availability?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for peak times or popular services.
2. Do you offer online booking, or should I call to schedule?
Online booking will be an option shortly but in the meantime to schedule an appointment please.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Can I book multiple services for the same day?
Yes, you can book multiple services depending on what service / treatments you would like to enjoy on the same day; just let us know so we can coordinate your appointments.
5. Is a deposit required to secure my appointment?
For certain services, a deposit may be required, which will go toward the final cost of your appointment.
6. Are walk-ins accepted, or is it strictly by appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability.
What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary consultation forms. If you’re booked in for a treatment such as aesthetics, skincare, or tanning, we recommend avoiding makeup, heavy moisturisers, or self-tan on the treatment area unless advised otherwise.
You don’t need to bring anything specific—just come relaxed and ready to enjoy your experience! If your treatment requires any preparation, our team will let you know in advance when you book.
What if I need more than one service?
No problem at all! Many of our clients choose to combine multiple treatments in one visit, and we’re happy to accommodate that. Just let us know what services you’re interested in when booking, and we’ll do our best to schedule them together for your convenience.
Our team can also recommend the best order or timing for treatments to help you get the most out of your appointment.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment at least one to two weeks in advance, especially if you’re hoping for a specific day, time, or therapist.
Appointments can tend to fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing your preferred slot. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible!
Can I have treatments if I’m pregnant?
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, but we do offer a selection of safe and relaxing options specifically for expectant mums.
Please let us know if you’re pregnant when booking, and we’ll guide you to the best treatments for you.
How should I prepare for my facial?
To get the most out of your facial, we recommend arriving with a clean face—free from makeup, heavy creams, or self-tan. Avoid exfoliating or using active skincare ingredients (like retinol or acids) 24–48 hours before your appointment, as these can increase sensitivity.
If you’re unsure about your current skincare routine, feel free to bring your products along and your therapist can advise you during the consultation. Most importantly, relax and get ready to enjoy some well-deserved self-care!
Do I need a patch test before my treatment?
Certain treatments—such as tinting, lash lifts, or some advanced aesthetics—require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment to ensure there’s no sensitivity or allergic reaction.
We’ll let you know if a patch test is needed when you book.
