Terms & Conditions

Please read our statutory booking, course enrolment, and clinical terms carefully.

Welcome to The Beautique Beauty Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client, student, or visitor) and THE BEAUTIQUE & TRAINING ACADEMY LTD. By booking a clinical treatment, enrolling in an educational course, or accessing our facilities, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

1. Statutory Business Information

In compliance with UK company disclosure legislation, our full corporate identity details are set out below:

2. Clinical Treatment Bookings & Cancellations

The following provisions apply strictly to personal non-surgical aesthetics, permanent makeup, and advanced skin clinic treatments delivered to individuals:

2.1 Booking Fees & Deposits

To allocate dedicated clinical room space and practitioner time, all treatment appointments require a non-refundable booking fee or deposit at the time of scheduling. This fee will be deducted directly from your final treatment balance on the day of your appointment.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all clinical appointments. If you need to postpone, cancel, or modify your treatment slot, you must provide clear notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to do so, or failing to attend a scheduled appointment (a "no-show"), will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking fee, and we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the remaining treatment balance.

2.3 Medical Suitability & Consultations

Certain aesthetic configurations require mandatory patch tests or clinical consultations prior to execution. If you fail to complete a required patch test or provide inaccurate medical history disclosures, we reserve the right to refuse treatment on safety grounds, and your booking deposit will not be refunded.

3. Educational Academy Enrolment & Course Terms

The following provisions apply strictly to professionals, students, and commercial delegates enrolling in training modules, practical masterclasses, or foundational pathways:

3.1 The Pathway to Aesthetics Route

Our signature "Pathway to Aesthetics" frameworks and foundational modules are explicitly structured as beginner pathways designed to facilitate entry into the industry. In accordance with standard UK industry education provisions, **no formal prior beauty or medical qualifications are required** to register or complete these entry-level modules. The course incorporates comprehensive modules covering anatomy and physiology (A&P), skin health, sanitation, safety, and core practical skills to systematically build competency.

3.3 Academy Cancellations & Transfers

Due to the restricted nature of our small-group classes and the advance ordering of specialized injection products, student models, and training material packs, all training academy deposits and multi-course pathway balances are strictly non-refundable. Any requests to defer or transfer an academy course date must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the course commencement and is subject to availability and a standard administration fee.

4. Code of Conduct & Clinical Safety

We maintain an uncompromising medical-grade standard of clinical safety. We reserve the absolute right to immediately eject any student or refuse service to any client who demonstrates behavior that compromises clinical sterility, displays aggression, or ignores direct verbal safety notes during live needlework or chemical administration. In such instances, no refunds or fee remediations will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, training manuals, anatomical mapping diagrams, procedural scripts, presentation graphics, and clinical documentation provided during your training remain the exclusive intellectual property of THE BEAUTIQUE & TRAINING ACADEMY LTD. No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, digitally shared, or repurposed for commercial training use elsewhere without explicit prior written authorization from our directors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused directly by our proven negligence. Subject to this, our total liability to any client or educational student for any claim arising out of contract, tort, or statutory breach shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by that individual to us for the specific treatment or training module in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties explicitly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
